About me
I am a professional interpreter and translator. With 7 years of experience providing medical and legal interpretation services. The modes of interpretation I specialize in are: consecutive, simultaneous and conference interpretation. As a linguist I am able to facilitate human interaction across different cultures. This career path has added joyful meaning to my life.
I study Philosophy at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), where I developed an affinity for Philosophy of Language and Philosophy of Science.
I have written two poetry books that are in the process of being published. Other forms of writing I like to explore are novellas, script writing, and literary essays. My writing interests include the history of music, queer cinema, translation nuances in nonfiction, and the intersections of art, artistry, and language.
I am fluent in Spanish, English, and French. Always a student of other languages and cultures.
