I study Philosophy at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), where I developed an affinity for Philosophy of Language and Philosophy of Science.
I have written two poetry books that are in the process of being published. My writing interests include the history of music, queer cinema, translation nuances in nonfiction, and the intersections of art, artistry, and language.
In addition to my academic interests, I am a professional legal and medical interpreter and translator. The modes of interpretation I specialize in are consecutive, simultaneous and conference interpretation. As a linguist I am able to facilitate human interaction across different cultures. This career path has added joyful meaning to my life.
I am fluent in Spanish, English, and French. Always a student of other languages and cultures.
